Incredible experience. Easy, painless root canal! The staff at PES are professional and caring. I got an appt. right away and when I arrived it started on time. Dr. Aczon was amazing. He was kind, calm and confident. My initial nervousness quickly disappeared. I had no pain as Dr. Aczon worked and succeeded in saving my tooth. I still had no pain when the numbness wore off. The next morning i didn't feel sore or swollen. I felt perfectly fine!

Dr. Ufberg and his staff are amazing. I had a root canal earlier today. I was very nervous about the procedure - everyone made the experience as pleasant as possible. First of all, the guy who performed my successful root-canal procedure, Dr. Larry Ufberg, did it without me experiencing a moment of discomfort. During the approximately one-hour procedure, Dr, Utberg was actually softly whistling to the piped-in music occasionally during the procedure, which relaxed me because it made me think, 'this is no sweat for this guy;" he's calm, and I'm in good hands. Also, his assistant Sylvia accommodating, and was feeding. Utberg with every imaginable tool, drill bit, and whatever -- producing this stuff in less than 5 seconds. Real positive patient experience. Four more words: Utberg is the best. Now I have to see my dentist Dr. Don Gibson. to install a crown. I highly recommend both Drs. Utberg & Gibson.

Excellent staff customer service ,Lisa was so help full in scheduling my apt and getting me in when i was in a lot of pain, i was there for a tooth infection and even trying to save the tooth my dentist Dr Huang informed me all along the way has to what maybe causing my pain and tooth infection , while she tried to treat my tooth and it couldn't be saved she was so professional and attentive to detail before and during the procedure i would highly recommend her to anyone experiencing the same. This is definitely a doctor who provides excellent communication to inform there patient and a very skilled professional ,

Best dental experience in my life so far!!!(I’m 43 years old) Dr. Larry Ufberg did my root canal. The whole procedure was totally painless, I literally almost fell asleep. Only thing keeping me from falling asleep was Dr. Larry guiding me through every step of the procedure. Definitely recommend PES to anyone who needs an endodontist!

Dr. Larry and his staff were great. I was anxious and he explained everything to me from beginning to end. He has a wonderful demeanor and I also enjoyed his singing voice. The music choice was on point. I was done before I knew it and believe it or not no pain or discomfort for me afterwards. Dr. Rigberg was fantastic! This was my first time at PA Endo and I was really nervous. The ladies at the front desk greeted me with smiles and Dr. Rigberg’s assistant was kind and friendly as well! Dr. Rigberg was very patient and explained everything he was doing and answered any question I had. I didn’t feel a thing and my tooth felt so much better! I would recommend this practice to everyone! Thank you Dr. Rigberg!

My appointment for an emergency root canal with Pennsylvania Endodontic Specialists in the Ardmore location was scheduled immediately following my dental appointment for a decayed tooth. I was very impressed as soon as I walked into the office. Autumn, dental administrative assistant, greeted me with a smile and kind words which immediately put me at ease. Then I was greeted by the dental assistant to Dr. Andy Rigberg. She, too, was extremely gracious and helped me to continue to relax. Dr. Andy Rigberg, Endodontic Specialist, did excellent work on taking care of the root canal. Dr. Rigberg explained the procedure to me, and always kept me informed as to what he was doing during the surgical process. Dr. Rigberg truly cares about the patient which was evident throughout the surgical procedure on my tooth. Thank you for giving me a good experience in a situation that I was definitely "on edge" before entering the office. I also appreciate the quick scheduling.

Just a little background information: I'm absolutely terrified of dentists due to childhood trauma. That being said EVERY single person at the Ardmore office made the experience beyond pleasant. As soon as I entered I was greeted very warmly and assured there is no reason to be afraid and that it will not hurt. I filled all my information online prior the visit so I was escorted to the procedure room. I was few minutes early and we started promptly on time. My doctor was Andy Rigberg D.M.D and he was outstanding. He explained everything, made sure I was calm and numb the the area. He walked me through the entire procedure, kept explaining things as the treatment progressed. He's bedside manner is amazing. The ladies (unfortunately I don't remember their names) in assistance were equally professional, beyond pleasant and very helpful. The procedure was a success. Every step was monitored. I couldn't believe how well taken care I was. I would highly recommend this practice. Can't thank everyone enough.

Professional organization from the front desk to the treatment room led by Dr Aczon. Root canal is a very serious procedure with lots of internal stress built in. This was my third and by far my most positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Aczon and the practice.

I love this office and the staff. They are so caring and professional. You feel comfortable even though you are at the dentist. I have had to come to PES before for root canal and follow up and now that I will be changing my insurance due to retirement I am making sure I will select an insurance that allows me to come to PES if necessary. They are awesome.

I have a son with Autism and was very nervous about taking him for RCT! Thankfully, from the moment I first called to the moment we walked out the door everyone went above and beyond to help calm my nerves and prepare my son for the treatment. Every employee in the office took extra time to talk with my son and to make him feel comfortable. What an excellent experience!
