I saw Dr Ufberg for my appointment. I was very nervous and been having a toothache for awhile. He was very calming. No pain . Very professional! From the receptionist to the dental assistant made you feel comfortable. Caring staff. Dr ufberg made sure to keep me informed throughout the treatment.

I went for a second root canal almost a year to the day of my first one at this office. I walked in fully confident that I was in good hands with Dr, Belous! Frrom the moment I picked up the phone to make an appointment until I walked out the office door I felt the warmth and care the staff in the Ardmore office provide. I was seen the day I called due to the extreme pain I was experiencing. When I walked in I was greeted like an old friend. Dr. Belous is amazing! She knows how to get you to the place where you don't feel a thing during the procedure. A follow up call is just not something you get too much of these days and it is so much appreciated! They all really care and it shows! Thank you to Dr. Belous and The Staff At the Ardmore Office! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Ufberg did my root canal. He was amazing. He calmed me down and I actually felt very relaxed through it all. There was no pain during the procedure. Afterwards there was some discomfort but not enough to take any pain meds. The staff is friendly and competent. They called me the next day to see how I was doing. It's a relief to have it over with and I'd recommend Dr. Ufberg to any friend.

Entire staff are friendly and professional. From the ease of making an appointment, arriving at the office, prep and having the procedure, the process is explained and all questions are answered. I didn't experience any pain. The next day the office called to make sure I was feeling okay. Dr. Ufberg and his team are great, highly recommend.

Really professional team starting with front desk, nurses and my doctor. He explained in deep the procedure which he performed and answered kind to all my questions. Now I need to follow up with my regular dentist for my crown. I would like to thanks to this practice and to be certain that is a place where I will come back with no fear. My root canal experience was great. Not great in terms of fun an exciting, afterall, it was a root canal. However, Dr. Huang and Sylvia were great. They were very attentive to my anxiety and pain (only a couple of instances of pain, but once they got me completely numbed-up there was no pain). Dr, Huang explained everything she was going to do (and did), she constantly asked me if I was OK and if I needed anything. Given the experience, I'd say it was the best it could be. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone. Very professional, competent, friendly, polite (every time Syliva passed Dr. Huang an instrument - and there were lots of instruments changing hands - Dr. Huang would say thank you and Sylvia would say "you're welcome"). It was nice to hear so many thank yous! And Mary at the front desk was extremely polite and friendly too. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door at PA Endodontics.

Dr. Ufberg and his assistant Syl were both very accommodating and helped to make me feel at ease with the upcoming procedure. During the procedure, it was a pleasure to hear them work together and converse with both professionalism and manners. Their comportment and Dr. Ufberg's relaxed demeanor made my time in the chair very comfortable. I was also impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the office staff. I commend PES for their work and highly recommend them to others in need of dental care.

From the minute I walked in for my consultation I knew I was in good hands. Melanie made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions before meeting with Dr. Belous. Returning for the root canal procedure, I was extremely anxious. Dr. Belous and Lisa were amazing, explaining everything along the way. I can honestly say that the procedure was painless. To say I was a nervous wreck going in, would be an understatement. I knew I would need a palatal injection for my procedure. The office I was referred to by my DDS in Allentown, did not offer N2O. I called a different office and was told I could get an appointment in May. Remembering a friend had been here, I decided to call. I got an appointment immediately and all of the staff were friendly and professional. I was seen by Dr Aczon, all I can say is he was wonderful. Thank you PES for making what could be a stressful experience a positive one.

I had retreatment of a root canal today with Dr. Aczon and Syl. I had a bit of anxiety going into the procedure. I was quickly reassured that everything was going to be okay. I can honestly say, that I have never had a more professional, gentle, and caring team work on my mouth. I felt comfortable and cared about the entire time. They eased any nervous feelings I had right from the start. I knew I was in capable hands and that they would help me through any problems that would arise, although there were none! I was also greeted by a very kind lady as I checked in and checked out. I had a very positive experience from the time I called the office to make the appointment until the time I walked out after my procedure. I highly recommend this practice!
