Just a little background information: I'm absolutely terrified of dentists due to childhood trauma. That being said EVERY single person at the Ardmore office made the experience beyond pleasant. As soon as I entered I was greeted very warmly and assured there is no reason to be afraid and that it will not hurt. I filled all my information online prior the visit so I was escorted to the procedure room. I was few minutes early and we started promptly on time. My doctor was Andy Rigberg D.M.D and he was outstanding. He explained everything, made sure I was calm and numb the the area. He walked me through the entire procedure, kept explaining things as the treatment progressed. He's bedside manner is amazing. The ladies (unfortunately I don't remember their names) in assistance were equally professional, beyond pleasant and very helpful. The procedure was a success. Every step was monitored. I couldn't believe how well taken care I was. I would highly recommend this practice. Can't thank everyone enough.

Professional organization from the front desk to the treatment room led by Dr Aczon. Root canal is a very serious procedure with lots of internal stress built in. This was my third and by far my most positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr Aczon and the practice.

Thankfully, from the moment I first called to the moment we walked out the door everyone went above and beyond to help calm my nerves and prepare my son for the treatment. Every employee in the office took extra time to talk with my son and to make him feel comfortable. What an excellent experience! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had , I called at 9am in the morning in severe pain from a different dentist off procedure and they got me right in. The staff went out of their way as well to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed on everything. Then Dr Ufberg introduced himself and again made it like we have known each other for a lifetime, I felt comfortable instantly. He explained it is going to be a difficult procedure to remove the broken tool in my mouth but in the end he completed it and removed it. I was no longer in discomfort and was given instructions to follow and sent home, 3 hours later my phone is ringing and its Dr Ufberg himself calling to see how I was doing. I was amazed that the Dr was calling me, I advised him I was doing very well and he said don't hesitate to call if any issues and then I received another call the following day from the office to follow up. I highly recommend this place. This is coming from someone who is in their mid 40's and has always been terribly nervous about dentist visits. I would go back here every day if I had to.

I had the pleasure of being accepted almost immediately for root canal which needed to be done asap. The office staff worked diligently to find me an opening, and did so with such a pleasant manner! Dr. Mike Ufberger was so delightful to meet. He maintained his genteel manner, always consulting with me to assess my state of comfort. He explained fully the procedure, why it is, what will be done, what is needed for follow-up. Have NO FEARS if you choose this practice. There is no pain and no need for anxiety. Cowards come forth!!!!!

Front staff were lovely. I had to nurse my little one and I didn’t feel rushed although Dr. Andy was waiting on me. Clean environment and good music was playing while I waited. Dr. Andy was knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. He answered my questions and explained everything in laymens terms. He even had side convo about my little one and children’s attire. Hopefully I won’t have to go back for services but I would if need be.

I came to this office on an emergency basis. I called about 3:00 one afternoon in great pain and they got me in that same day!! Who has heard of that in this day and age!! I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. I saw Dr. Larry Ufberg, who completed my treatment and gave me absolutely great care along with a wonderful personality !! Everyone @ the practice was very professional and courteous. I was fitted in as an emergency appointment and seen with in an hour. Dr. Ufberg and his assistant were very gentle and the procedure was truly pain free. I would recommend them to everyone.

The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. There was no waiting in the waiting room except to fill out the paper work. Was seen quicker by this practice than any I've ever been too. The appointment time was actually the appointment time. That was great. The Doctor ( Endodontist ) was professional and explained what he was doing before being asked. He did not over Novocaine me which I hate. I was able to carry on my day as if I hadn't had the canal done. I enthusiastically recommend this practice.

Super friendly and attentive staff! Dr. Rigberg was informative and gentle (I swear I didn't even feel the Novocain shots!) and the entire procedure was over in 40 minutes. Highly recommend if you require root canal or similar procedure.

I was very afraid to get this procedure done as I have never had a root canal.. Well needless to say, they made me feel very comfortable and it helped with the fear of the whole procedure. The staff is very friendly. The Doctor was very nice and patient and made sure that I didn't feel any pain. He told me what was being done step by step. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Ufberg and the staff at Pennsylvania Endodontic Specialists. His staff was able to fit me in at the last minute on July 3rd as I was having significant pain in my lower left tooth. Dr. Ufberg used hot and cold testing to determine which tooth was the source of the pain. He quickly found that the pain was coming from my wisdom tooth and suggested a root canal. I was nervous, as this was my first root canal and I get anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr. Ufberg was amazing! He explained the procedure and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. The entire procedure was completely painless and relatively quick. I always anticipate and expect a certain level of professionalism when receiving dental care, but this office far exceeded my expectations. Not only were they professional, punctual and kind, but they also treated me with so much compassion. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of a root canal or other specialized dental care. And, the best part is I no longer have any pain!!

I was NOT happy at all about the possibility of needing a root canal, and had seen another practice and was told I didn't need one. My dentist wasn't convinced this was the case, and sent me to this practice. After reviewing the information and doing some tests, it was determined that the best course of action would in fact to do it. I was very nervous, but everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Autumn was awesome from the first phone call to the check in process. Vicky (I think that was her name) reassured me every step of the way and was extremely kind and gentle, and Dr. Larry was amazing at making sure I felt nothing. Overall, while I didn't want to have to come, they made it the best it could possibly be. I felt nothing, and a few hours later I am minimally sore, as expected. I am thankful for professionals that take the time to reassure people when they are nervous, and can laugh and joke about things when it seems hard. I hope to not ever need another root canal, but if I did, I would surely be back. Thanks to everyone who helped me today!
