I fell asleep. I went to PA Endo for a root canal. I had just had my first root canal 10 months earlier at a different practice. I won’t belabor this point, but I was traumatized by my first root canal. The idea that I was going to have to go through that again had consumed my thoughts. Needless to say, I went to PA Endo expecting the worst. I was literally quivering. Enter Syl, the best dental assistant ever, followed by Dr Larry Ufberg. How do I describe how good these people are at their job. I fell asleep. I was eventually so comfortable that I fell asleep during root canal. Don’t even consider going anywhere else. PS The soundtrack was awesome

Dr. Rigberg did a fantastic job on my root camel procedure. He thoroughly explained the 3 visit process to me and made me feel comfortable. Also his assistant (sorry I don’t remember her name) was just as helpful and nice as can be. Everyone in the office was just as nice.

Love this place! Seamlessly easy to make an appointment with friendly front desk management. (A lost art today, but not here!!) Rigberg is THE MAN! I fell asleep during a root canal with him a couple years ago. Recently I needed another root canal, I could tell this one required more work which was executed with ballet like grace. Easy Peezy. My husband has an upcoming appointment and has nothing to worry about in the hands of this office. Thanks pa endo team!

Dr. Aczon did my RCT. The experience was excellent from start to finish. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. His calm and professional manner really helped me at ease during the procedure The entire staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr. Aczon and his team.

Have had three or four root canals. Dr Andy is the best in my book. Social atmosphere is tops and he has “The Hands” that make you feel very comfortable. Takes time to fully explain what is happening and his assistants are cordial yet appear to be one step ahead what he needs . All adds up to making the patient comfortable in a complicated procedure. They are the best. Tangs

Dr Larry was amazing. He identified the problem immediately. Spoke about options, saving tooth vs extraction. He was very honest and recommended the latter. The tooth was most likely not able to be saved. A root canal would most definitely have led to an extraction. The staff was amazing got us in to an oral surgeon the same day. Highly recommend PES!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice, but specifically Dr. Andy Rigberg. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable with the course of action. He recognizes that getting a root canal is not a place anyone wants to spend their time, but he is confident in his diagnostics, skill, and chair side manor. I would like to specifically call out that I had to have numerous teeth worked on and at one point for one tooth, Dr. Rigberg felt like something wasn’t right (hadn’t yet hit the gutta-percha) so he stopped and did a CT at no charge just to ensure everything was correct (it was, the location was just deeper than anticipated). It takes a skilled doctor to know when to stop. He exudes the philosophy that you can always take more away, but you can’t put it back, almost like a haircut (my interpretation). He has the personality that should you meet him under different circumstances, you would like to have him as a friend but by no means does that take away from his skills, accolades, and knowledge. I cannot write a review (which I have gone out of my way to go on the website to write because I feel it needs to be written), without mentioning the assistants and the front office staff. The assistants have a telepathic communication with Dr. Rigberg where half the time, the dental assistant is already holding what he is asking for. A huge shoutout to Sylvia, Sonya, and Cindy. The office staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and works with you to make sure you are getting what you need when you need it. Most of all, they are the voice you hear on the phone and the people who greet you and they immediately put you at ease. A special shoutout to Rose, Rosemary, and Karen. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs them (any of their locations as the doctors travel between them). PS they have laughing gas ;). In all seriousness, they do everything they can to make an unpleasant experience pleasant while also looking at a patient as a whole and not just a tooth to be solved. Lucky to have found this practice!!

I saw Dr U. For a root canal. It actually was not a bad experience it was painless. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done.

When I was seen by doctor Ufberg I found out I needed two root canels,side by side, instead of the one I had planned on having. I was very nervous. He spoke with me, my family and the dentist who sent me to him. He put me at ease and did a wonderful job on my root canals. I highly recommend him. Teeth feel great!

The staff and doctors here are wonderful. They always try to get me in for an appointment as quickly as possible when I am having pain. They follow up with my insurance company right away and explain payments clearly. Dr. Ufberg and Dr. Huang are so pleasant, kind, and explain everything they are doing so clearly. I am grateful to Dr. Ufberg for saving one of my fractured teeth! The front desk staff answer phones promptly and greet me kindly. I am so grateful for this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a root canal.

I recently had 2 root canal retreatment's and Kathy was incredibly helpful with all the questions I had and very friendly with myself and other patients I saw her interact with. Dr Aczon was very thorough explaining everything, had a very likable personality and I had minimal pain the next day. He called me back when I had a concern in a timely manner and was honestly the best Dr that has ever worked on my teeth and I have had a ton of different dentists over the years. I can't recommend this place enough hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.
