Seven years ago, I had a root canal done by a dentist who (I later discovered) was not vey competent. That tooth had been giving me problems off and on. That is why I went to Dr Kirsch last week. He is a thorough professional, very competent, has tons of experience and is extremely user-friendly. All the procedures involved were explained very lucidly and carried out dexterously. The staff and dental assistants too were very pleasant and knew their jobs.

This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a dental practice. I have PTSD and experience extreme anxiety for dental procedures. This is the first time I have ever been treated (from initial call to final farewell) with such kindness, care and dignity by the entire staff. It is one day after the root canal and I am still in deep awe and gratitude at the level of expertise melded with a kind bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Ufberg... I have been to many dentists, and have had many poor experiences (and some adequate ones I suppose), so I kind of feel like a mini authority on the subject... The level of expertise, capability and understanding of his craft combined with sensitivity and humor has me sitting here the following day with a newfound realization that there really are good, kind dentists in the world. Something I wouldn't have believed beforehand! And, now I have a tooth that feels whole again... Wow.

I had a root canal done recently. I found it easier to get thru than a normal filling. The office staff, dental assistants, and dentist were all a pleasure to deal with. While I was sitting in my chair waiting for the dentist, I overhead the receptionist talking to a potential patient that as it turned out, didn't have insurance. I was really impressed with how she handled the conversation and her professionalism. Would definitely recommend this office to others. Thanks

After dreading what a root canal might entail, I was pleasantly surprised to receive fast and painless treatment. The assistant was very sweet and calmed my nerves a bit before Dr. Ufberg came into the room. He was very friendly as well, and did an extraordinary job at locating and fixing the tooth that had become so painful the week prior. The lovely ladies at the front desk even called me the next morning to make sure I was feeling alright. Absolutely amazing service, thank you all so much!!

The bad news is that I required three root canals. The good news is that I was referred to Dr. Ufberg and Pennsylvania Endodontic Specialists. I've heard numerous horror stories about root canals but I can tell you that my experience was very positive. From Karen and Rose, in reception, to Melissa, as Dr. Ufberg's very capable and pleasant assistant, right to Dr. Ufberg, who put me at ease from the beginning. I even received a follow up call within 24 hours to make certain I was doing well and had no issues. Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional and caring throughout the process. I have no hesitation in my positive recommendation of this practice.

Dr. Ufberg was excellent. Procedure went extremely well and was less traumatic than a minor cavity filing, was very pleased on the staff accommodations as my procedure was unscheduled and on an emergency basis. The staff was able to fit me in at the end of the day.

I cannot believe how painless and pleasant the whole experience was! i went in dreading my root canal, but Dr. Kirsch put me at ease, and I didn't feel a thing. Everyone at the office was very friendly and helpful from the time I called to make my appointment to the time I left.

Not many people would say that root canal is a pleasant experience, BUT...if you have to have it done, this is the place. The staff is kind and understanding with nervous patients. Dr. Ufberg explains the procedure, gives painless needles, works efficiently, plays good music, and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does (he sings and whistles while he works) Kudos!

This is an OUTSTANDING Doctor and Staff. My Dentist told me I had an infection in Tooth #13 and needed a "Root Canal" procedure. Luckily, I was treated by Dr. Ufberg and his very capable Assistant. Despite being there for a Root Canal, it was a painless, and a not an unpleasant experience. The front office personnel were great and arranged for me to be treated very quickly (I needed clearance for orthopedic surgery). The entire staff made every effort to eases my tensions. I am almost "OCD" about unsterile dental instruments. This office, and treatment room was spotless and I had no concerns about anything being unsafe. The Dr.Ufberg looked through a binocular scope device while working on my tooth, I never saw that anywhere else. I have had dental work including Root Canals, by a lot of different Dentists, (my job moved me often). Should I need another similar procedure I hope Dr. Ufberg is there to do it.
