I just had a root canal performed here. It was my 1st time at this practice. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Ufberg performed the root canal. He was very friendly, calm and obviously very experienced. All this being said, I have unfortunately had to have several root canals over the years, I can say that Dr Ufberg has probably the best hand and touch of any Dr I have had. If I have to get another one, which I hope I don't. I will absolutely come back to him. ,

The philosophy of these professionals is very clearly one of excellent care and patient comfort. The entire staff is kind and extremely competent in these stressful situations. I have had better root canal experiences at this office than a routine filling at a dentist's office!

After having root canal at this office, I will go nowhere else in the future. The office staff is a pleasure to deal from making appointments to billing questions. The assistant in the procedure was extremely instrumental in keeping me calm during the procedure. Dr. Larry Ufberg is extremely patient and a very talented Endodontist, I left the office and went on with my day like the root canal never happened! I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of their services.

I would highly recommend Pennsylvania Endodontic Specialists. Years ago, I was scheduled with Dr. Kirsch. It was an excellent experience, without pain and a complete healing. In November 2017, once again, I was in need root canal therapy. Amazingly, I was scheduled for the same day that I called, with Dr. Ufberg. He explained my options in detail and was able to complete the procedure the same day. The staff was courteous and the clinicians were completely professional. My experience was without pain and I had a complete healing as I followed the instructions given to me at completion. I would recommend this practice with extreme confidence. A huge thanks to Dr. Kirsch and the entire staff at both the Doylestown and Hatboro offices. They fit me in as an emergency root canal the day after Christmas. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous, but Dr. Kirsch walked me through every step of the process, explaining what needed to be done, as well as the hows and whys. I felt no pain. Truly none. This was a huge relief and I was able to drive back home and get on with life immediately. A little OTC Advil for soreness is all I needed the next day, but once again, truly no pain! Thank you, Dr. Kirsch!

Dr. Rigberg was absolutely amazing. Genetically I have very weak enamel and overall I need a ton of dental work done. My anxiety is really bad when it comes to any time of dentist (endodonist, orthodontist, oral surgeon, etc). Some dentist are not always honest or patient with me. In this month I went to 2 other endodonist that just told me what I wanted to hear, which made things worse. Dr. Rigberg was not one of those doctors. He was extremely honest and patient. He explained everything he was going to do. He didn’t cause any pain (I didn’t cry or have a panic attack. Lol). I’d definitely recommend Dr. Rigberg to anyone looking for a really great endodonist!

Dr, Rigberg was pleasant, calm and reassuring. I've had root canals performed by other practitioners but Dr. Rigberg minimized any discomfort by expertly delivering the local anesthetic. I had no pain from beginning to end of procedure.

I am very afraid of Dentists and needles. I woke up with a toothache and was fearful of what was ahead for me. Dr. Ufberg's staff scheduled me in the same day as an emergency and I was Extremely satisfied as I did not feel any pain of the needle or during my root canal procedure. The office is high tech and extremely professional and they actually care to make you very comfortable. My dental fears are completely gone! Thanks to Dr. Ufberg and his Super Staff!!

I came to this office in need of a root canal, and was incredibly nervous about having the procedure. The office staff could not have been kinder. They were welcoming and took the time to explain the procedure to me. The staff listened to my questions and were very attentive to my needs. I walked into Dr. Ufberg's office feeling incredibly anxious after dreading and delaying my root canal for a long, long time. All of my dental anxiety is gone. He was patient, gentle, proactive about pain relief, and completely respectful of all of my worries. I was a first time patient of Dr. Larry Ufberg on August 17th 2017. As most people would agree a trip to the endodontist is not one is ever looking foward to, especially for a first time root canal. My visit to Pennsylvania Endodonic Specialists was a vastly different experience from previous similar treatments at the dentist. The staff was thorough in both pre and post treatment detail and the you could tell the difference in the actual procedure as it was very efficient and painless. Every step was explained and executed with precision. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing root canal, this would be the place to go.

I have just left this practice in Doylestown and still do not know what they did or why It cost 350.00. I heard the receptionist say that 'sometimes insurance companies don't pay for partial root canals'. The Dentist said there was a crack but he needed to see how bad the crack was. He said he would take a peek at the roots. I dare say he did more than take a look. I was i the chair for over an hour and didn't know what was being done. i have to ask twice, "What's going on ?" Once he answered me with a very general reply. There was no speaking during the procedure. When he was finished I realized he put a filling in and we were done. He told me the tooth had 'two cracks and one went down to the root' he said he'd send a report to my dentist in Hatboro and that the tooth had to be pulled. I was never shown an x-ray he never mentioned the intent he had when he started drilling other then take a look at the roots. This doesn't account for all the drilling and different colored needles he put in my tooth..? I was very unhappy with the silence during whatever it was that he was doing. One of the disclosures I read prior to the visit was that a possible copay for the Root Canal could range $300. Does that mean I had a root canal? Let's not forget I was charged an additional 50.00 for the co-Pay or office visit? I never received a statement only a printed yellow card telling me that I could take Advil and I may not be able to bite down on my tooth for a few days. I am sure the Better Business Bureau must have many letters like this one .. and they will most likely add this one to the pile. Eric Reichel
